External Works

Status: in progress

All that remains now is to open up the site and tidy the grounds. There's a little housekeeping to complete before we can welcome residents/home owners to their new homes.

This milestone includes

Ground Source heat pumps

At this stage, our engineers will install and test the important heat pumps that will power the underfloor heating.

Public Lighting Pedestals

Start March 2024Expected to end May 2024

Next, our team will install and test the exterior lighting pedestals that will illuminate the grounds of the building.

Hard Landscaping

Start March 2024Expected to end August 2024

Now that the building itself is complete, it’s time to bring in the landscapers to help it blend into its surroundings and connect it to the outside world, by creating the pavements and roads.

Soft Landscaping

With the building and grounds settling into their environment, it only remains for our gardeners and landscapers to work their charm and bring some greenery to the grounds.

Technical Tour / Allocation Visits

For a final seal of approval, it’s time for our inspectors to visit the completed project and sign off on the work done prior to official testing and hand over.

Practical Completion

Once our project managers have toured the building and green lit the work, it’s time to crack open a sneaky bottle of bubbly before we officially cut the red ribbon.
