Build complete

Start July 2024Expected to end August 2024

Status: completed

This is the final phase of our journey. Once we reach this stage, the work is mostly inspecting and testing our work. At this point, the site is no longer a project, but rather new homes for future residents.

This milestone includes

Testing and commissioning

Start July 2024Expected to end August 2024

At this stage, all relevant authorities will be invited to visit and sign off on the project.

Snagging

Start July 2024Expected to end August 2024

Snagging is a building term used to describe the process of testing and identifying any issues with a build. It is always wise to double and even triple-check any new project.

1st unit handover for inspection

Start August 2024Expected to end August 2024

Now that we’ve signed off on all checks and tests and we have had the building inspected by all the appropriate authorities and bodies, it is time to officially hand over the 1st unit for inspection. Once completed, the project is officially ready and it is up to the new owners to make our building into a home.
